Program Centers

Hemlock Girl Scout Council is now "Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania". Our new site is now under construction. Information on this site is from Hemlock Girl Scout Council.

  Program Centers

Hemlock Girl Scout Council owns and operates four program centers in central Pennsylvania. The program centers are available to council-registered troops and to outside groups. Click Here for a site reservation form and fee schedule.

Reserving a Program Center

Troops and service units can reserve one of the program centers through the Girl Scout Office in Harrisburg. Due to the volume of requests, the council has a lottery system for making reservations. For troops, a lottery is held four times a year (April 1, July 1, October 1 and January 1) to assign sites when more than one troop has requested the same date. Service units may reserve a program center once every three years to be assigned through a lottery each October 1.

Any troops, service units or non-Girl Scout groups who are interested in renting a program center should inquire with the Property Department at Hemlock Girl Scout Council
